Nature of the service

We provide an exchange service between BaridiMob and digital/electronic currencies at the rates announced at order time.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of payout details (wallet address/email). We are not liable for sending to a wrong address.

Identity verification

We may require KYC verification for some transactions to comply with regulations and protect both parties.

Rates and fees

Rates and fees are calculated at order creation and remain fixed for that order during its validity period.
